COVID-19 measures

SAFETY FEATURES

  • The Hotel has been certified as “COVID-19 Safe Property” by concerned authorities,
  • The Hotel and Restaurant has developed a “COVID-19 Control and Prevention” Policy which strictly follows all government recommendations and regulations,
  • Our staff follows all safety protocols directed by local authorities and comply with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) use,
  • Shared stationery such as printed menus, magazines and paper has been removed as well as decoration and carpets. Items such as pens, coins, keys and others are continuously disinfected,
  • We follow a procedure for temperature checks on our guests (Thermometers). We also have oxygen metersand oxygen tanks readily available,
  • First aid kit is available,
  • Use of face masks is mandatory. They are also available for purchase,
  • Hand sanitizersare available in all common areas,
  • We offer access to health care professionals (Private clinics with international standards with professionalsfluent in English).

CLEANLINESS & DISINFECTING

  • Hands washing station (touchless) available at the Hotel entrance,
  • Foot mat for shoes disinfection at the Hotel entrance,
  • Use of cleaning items that are effective against COVID-19,
  • Linens, towels and laundry washed in accordance with local sanitary authority guidelines,

  • The property is periodically cleaned and disinfected by professional cleaning companies,
  • There are “Cleaning kits” available in every room. Guests have the option to use them if they prefer to avoid entrance of our cleaning staff to their rooms,
  • Surfaces are cleaned and disinfected often (shared areas, door handles, hand-rails, public toilets, etc.)

  • Shared areas (including halls and restaurant) capacity has beenreduced as per health authorities’ guidelines.

FOOD & DRINK SAFETY

  • All tools/supplies used in preparing food are disinfected using cleaning supplies recommended by health authorities and are placed in quarantine in a restricted area for a specific amount of time if needed,
  • Social distancing in dining areas,
  • Food can be delivered to guests’ rooms (at no extra cost),
  • All plates, cutlery and other tableware are sanitized in a restricted area.
